Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

Size Exchange

• If you face a size issue, we offer a size exchange only.

• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

• Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• Size-related issues are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds

• If you do not love the product (excluding size issues), you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

• Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased during clearance sales, special offers, or discount campaigns are not eligible for return or exchange, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Supporting images are required for verification.

• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
